Individual Therapy & Nonpackage coaching sessions

Rates per session are based on an anti-oppressive rate structure. Please answer the following questions to determine your rate structure (either mentally or writing it down) (Adapted from the Anti-Oppression resource & training alliance). I appreciate your honesty with the questions. When it’s accessible, having folks at higher rates allows me to provide more pro-bono/low-cost services.

Questions:

  • Are you and your family home/property owners or landowners? (This question does not apply to those who are Indigenous)
  • Are you able to make minimum payments on bills or credit cards?
  • Have you been able to easily access and afford health insurance for yourself and your family members?
  • Are your earning powers NOT limited due to being Disabled, Chronically Ill, or formerly incarcerated?
  • Do you have zero to no debt and/or do you have disposable income? (this might look like being able to afford to dine out/take out and small splurges)
  • Do you have a safety net composed of “financially stable” or wealthy family and friends?
  • Are you able to travel recreationally?
  • Does your income only support you, and not other loved ones/beings?
  • Have you or do you expect to inherit money or property?
  • Have you (or could you have attended college and/or graduate school?

Rating scale based on answers to the above questions:

  • Redistribution: Yes to 7-10 questions- $260
  • Full Cost: Yes to 5-7 questions- $220
  • Sustain: Yes to 3-5 questions- $190-$210
  • Solidarity: Yes to 1-3 questions- $150-$180
  • Reparations: 0 Yes- $100-$140 (very limited spots)
  • Pro-Bono (currently unavailable)

Rates per session are based on the anti-oppressive rate structure questions above however the rating scale is different:

  • Redistribution: Yes to 7-10 questions- $200
  • Full Cost: Yes to 5-7 questions- $150
  • Sustain: Yes to 3-5 questions- $112
  • Solidarity: Yes to 1-3 questions- $75
  • Reparations: 0 Yes- $45 (very limited spots)
  • Pro-Bono (currently unavailable)
